This notice explains what happens to the details you give us when you sign up to Stay informed on this site.
What we collect
When you sign up, we keep your name, your email address and the date you signed up. We ask you to tick a box to agree to receive updates; we do not accept a sign-up without it.
Why we use it
We use your name and email address only to send you updates about Proper GP. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who sees it
- The Proper GP team.
- The Signal Agency, which builds and runs this website for Proper GP.
- Our service providers, only as needed to run the site: Render, which hosts the site and stores the sign-up list in the United States, and Resend, which delivers the email that tells our team about a new sign-up.
We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to remove them or we stop sending updates. When we remove you, your name and email address are deleted from the sign-up list. A copy of the one email that told our team about your sign-up may remain in our email records and in the records of the service that delivered it. The site's security log also keeps a record that a sign-up took place, with the IP address and browser used; it does not hold your name or email address.
Cookies and tracking
The public pages of this site use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools and set no cookies. Like most websites, our servers record technical details such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and to stop misuse of the sign-up form.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates, by emailing rob@propergp.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date above.
